Electric heating fryer instructions:
1. Vegetable oil should be used. It is strictly forbidden to use old oil.
2. When using, keep the oil level in the oil pan more than 2/4 oil pan depth, but the higher oil level height should not be greater than 3/4 oil pan depth.
3. Close the power switch and the red indicator light is on. At this time, the power supply has been supplied to the furnace. Just rotate the temperature controller clockwise and align the required temperature value with the red dot position. At this time, the green indicator light is on and the red indicator light is on. Extinguished, indicating that the electric heating tube works, the oil in the pot starts to heat up. When the oil temperature rises to the required temperature, the thermostat can automatically cut off the power, and the green indicator light goes out, the red indicator light is on, the electric heating tube stops working, and the oil in the pot stops. The temperature starts to drop. When the oil temperature drops to the set temperature value, the temperature controller can automatically turn on the power. At this time, the red indicator light is off, the green indicator light is on, the electric heating tube is working again, the oil temperature is rising, and the cycle is repeated to ensure The oil temperature is kept constant within the set temperature range.
4. The electric heating fryer lid is made to keep the sodium clean and heat-preserved. When adding the lid, please pay attention to the absence of water on the lid, so as to avoid the splash of hot water splashing into the pot.
5. When the oil in the pot needs to be cleared, the oil should be cooled to the normal temperature, the frying basket and the guard plate should be taken out, the power supply should be cut off, and then the control box should be taken out and placed in a dry and clean place to make the oil pan Clean up.
6, with a dedicated frying basket for frying smaller food items, hooks and handles on the basket. Dip the basket into the oil during the production. When the large food is fried, it can be directly fried in the oil pan.
7. The guard plate in the oil pan is designed to protect the electric heating tube. When frying the food, the guard plate must be placed in the oil pan. The frying pan should be cut off after each use to ensure safety.
The electric heating fryer automatically discharges: through the electric lifting method, the automatic lifting after the completion of the frying is completed and the oil is automatically poured out after the oil is drained, thereby reducing the labor intensity of the workers and ensuring the uniformity of the product frying time. Automatic temperature control: The electric control instrument is controlled by the induced draft fan. When the oil temperature is higher than the set temperature, the induced draft fan automatically stops. When the oil temperature is lower than the set temperature, the induced draft fan is in working condition to ensure the product's frying temperature and improve the product quality.
